Asif Amer is a development strategist and change-maker from Bangladesh who is working for 8 years to ensure his dream of a society where everyone has their rights fulfilled lives in harmony and protect and save their environment from any kind of danger.

Asif has workd as a Fellow of Teach for Bangladesh to enable quality education, leadership and skill development opportunity for children of the marginalized community. Through his work, he was able to change the lives of 1256+ student and implement student-lead 6 community development projects.

Asif is leading ‘Alleviation 360’ a youth lead organization working to incorporate SDG metrics and strategy in youth participatory community development activities. Some notable work of him in this organization are skill & leadership development of 120 young people in SDG through a progressive month-long online-offline session which is followed with incubation of 12 youth capstone projects, capacity development of 56 educationists to incorporate Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in curriculum and development of ‘Life-kits’ a low-cost first aid kit for underprivileged community.

He is the director of strategic decision-making team of MASTUL Foundation. His work is composed of designing human-centred project. His designed ‘Safe Heaven Program’ has provided 14 orphan children with basic needs & residential leadership building opportunity. He has developed & implemented ‘Child Friendly Space’ and ‘Safe Water’ for Rohingya Refugee People. Further, his livelihood generation program has enabled 56 individuals to improve their economic condition. For his noteworthy work, he has been recognized as Best Project Developer in the year 2019. He also has developed a result-based monitoring & evaluation system which helps the organization to evaluate its projects based on SDG indicators, analyze risk factors and to take routine-oriented action for obtaining sustainable impacts.

Asif is involved with multiple INGO over the globe some are Youth for Peace International, The Human Projects, Fatima Al-Fihri Open University and others where he provides his skill of fundraising, monitoring & evaluation & educational expertise to utilize his skills & knowledge on a global context and perform his duty of a global citizen.
