Teach for Bangladesh is a Non-government organization, an affiliated organization of INGO ‘Teach for All’. The organization is working to provide quality education to primary education students of Bangladesh. I have been worked with them as one of their prime educator in their fellowship program from 2019 -2020. During this time s a fellow of the organization, I have performed the following task and responsibilities:

• Teaching Fellow: Developed the leadership, personal and academic skills & performance of students of Teach for Bangladesh appointed school.

• Yearly Strategic Plan: 24 strategic plans developed every year focused on developing children skills, solving community problems and establishing facilities to provide sustainable impact for children development.

• Designed the education component of the project.

• Developed and published education materials related to the project.

• Developed and field-tested education materials like charts.

• Developed facilitation materials

• Developed and implemented multiple projects on diverse topics – Shikhbo Amra Nirapode – digital literacy project, Our Stories – Storytelling for a solution, and Care amid Pandemic – mental health support project.
