MASTUL Foundation has been founded in the year 2013 to involve youth in community development work. Asif has been involved directly in MASTUL development as its director of Planning and Evaluation department. Through using human-centred design approach he has initiated 4 programs and 14 projects till the year 2020. His developed 'Emergency Health Care' and 'Covid19 Emergency Support' program has enabled the organization to be awarded Joy Bangla on the Year 2020.
